Dazzling Trip operates through two ring-fenced entities. The terms that apply to you depend on where your booking takes place.
Canadian Terms
These terms govern bookings and rentals that take place in Canada, operated by Dazzling Trip (Canadian Federal Incorporation), headquartered in Nova Scotia. They are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
Payments
Canadian transactions are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and processed through the Canadian Stripe account, settling directly to the Canadian parent corporate bank account.
Fleet & Telematics
Canadian fleet vehicles are managed via a dedicated Tesla Business Account (ca-fleet@dazzlingtrip.com) supporting remote lock/unlock, battery diagnostics, and GPS for vehicles operating in Canada.
Full terms will be published prior to launch in early 2026.
US Terms (California)
These terms govern bookings and rentals that take place in the United States, operated by Dazzling Trip USA, Inc., a California C-Corporation. They are governed by the statutes of the State of California.
Payments
US transactions are priced in US Dollars (USD) and processed through the US Stripe account, settling directly to the California C-Corporation bank account.
California Regulatory Rule
For California rentals, the driver's primary auto insurance may be utilized, consistent with California's unique state liability exceptions. Clear, statutory pricing disclosures for optional products will be provided at checkout.
Optional Coverage at Checkout
At checkout, renters may optionally add Supplemental Liability Protection (SLP) and Collision Damage Waivers (CDW), with statutory pricing disclosures shown before purchase.
